Do Something Nice for Your Heart this Valentine’s Weekend

In celebration of National Heart Month, the Oxford Congregational Church is pleased to present a free discussion on how to keep your heart – and yourself – healthy and strong.   Featuring Eunice Lisk, the Director of Cardiac Rehabilitation at Griffin Hospital, this session will include tips and practical advice on heart health.   Snacks will also be provided for all participants.
