Oxford Soccer League to Host Super Soccer Skills Clinic

Oxford, CT -- The Oxford Soccer League is once again hosting a serious of outdoor clinics for U5, U7, and U9 recreation level players, this spring. These clinics will develop and improve each player’s skills and creativity with the ball. Sessions will be directed by professional trainers from UK International Soccer, and will emphasize development of fundamental skills like dribbling, passing, receiving, and shooting. Players will also work on technical refinement and exposure to the tactical side of soccer through small-sided games and instructional scrimmages.

These Saturday clinics will run April 26-June 7, 2014 (6 sessions–no session on Memorial Day weekend) and are open to male and female players in the U5 (8/1/08 – 7/31/10,) U7 (8/1/06 – 7/31/08) and U9 (8/1/04 – 7/31/06) divisions.
