VA Approves IMTI & ESST Solar PV & Other "Green" Trade Apprenticeship Training Programs

ESST-Energy Systems Sales & Training LLC (www.EnergySystemsLLC.com) and IMTI-Industrial Management & Training Institute (www.IMTIUSA.COM), both at 233 Mill Street in Waterbury, Conn., announced that the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) has approved their “green jobs” apprenticeship programs for solar PV energy professionals, electrical technicians, electronics systems technicians, HVAC technicians, and plumbing technicians.  Marcel Veronneau, ESST and IMTI founder and CEO, announced, “Receiving the Veterans Administration’s approval on these ‘green jobs’ programs for veterans to pursue for careers, is a much-welcomed recognition of the caliber of our professional skills training programs.”

Veronneau continued, “We are approved by the State of Connecticut, and several other educational entitles in the state, to help students obtain funding for our solar PV and other technical training programs. The solar PV apprenticeship training program has been approved by the State of Connecticut Department of Labor and Department of Higher Education, WIA, NABCEP - North American Board of Certified Energy Practitioners, and NCCER-National Center for Construction Education and Research. Our programs allow more properly-trained technicians to obtain new jobs with cutting-edge skills in solar industries.”
