VNA/SCC's Nurturing Families Network Delivers Gifts Donated by EBP Supply Solutions

New Haven (December 23, 2013) – John R. Quinn, President & CEO of the Visiting Nurse Association of South Central Connecticut (VNA/SCC) recently announced that the Nurturing Families Network of the VNA/SCC would be delivering holiday gifts donated by EBP Supply Solutions of Milford.

The Nurturing Families Network, a state-funded program available in 16 towns in New Haven County, works in partnership with first-time parents facing the challenges of parenthood by enhancing their strengths, providing education, and creating community connections.

Joseph LoPresti, Vice President, Human Resources, and Kelli Carbone, Accounts Payable Associate at EBP Supply Solutions organized the holiday drive on behalf of Nurturing Families Network that provided gifts for children of these first-time parents, based on the age, gender, and wish list of each child.

Nurturing Families Network Home Visitors picked up the gifts at the EBP Supply Solutions office in Milford, brought back to the VNA/SCC office in New Haven to be wrapped. They will be delivering the gifts to over 60 joyful children in time for the holidays.

Pam Lorenzo, Program Manager & Clinical Supervisor for the Nurturing Families Network commented, “I am so deeply appreciative of our relationship with EBP Supply Solutions. They have adopted the Nurturing Families Network for many years now and their generosity has brought happiness to so many children and families.”
