The Great Hill UMC will be holding Flea Markets in the grove (indoors if rain) on Saturday, August 25th, and Sept. 8th, from 9 am to 1 pm. Out-door rental space is available for $25 for a 12 x 12 foot area. The church will have coffee, soda, and water for sale. All proceeds fund the church's mission and ministry projects. I see America has a chance to build prosperity again if we will be forward-looking about our manufacturing and energy strategies. Without Constitutions this country would be chaos and we wouldn't have the freedoms we have today. That is looking at the Constitution as a dead piece of paper instead of a living document. Living…Read More Constitutions read as if they were written yesterday not over 250 years ago. Is the Constitution living or dead. When common sense and ordinary circumstances show that the words of the Constitution no longer apply then the document is dead. That is what occurs when weapons/arms have become so powerful and dangerous that having them available in the numbers you have in this country is tantamount to ultimate murder and chaos. This is definitely not what the Framers had in mind as shown by the words prefacing the 2nd amendment referring to a militia.
