‘Pray for the Beloved Oxford Family’ at Prayer Vigil
A prayer vigil will take place for those hospitalized after a recent car accident in Oxford.
The community is invited to attend a prayer vigil for the Brooks family at 2 p.m. Wednesday, Sept. 18, in the courtyard of Christ Church Quaker Farms.
The Rev John Donnelly commented on Oxford Patch and said the grandparents of the Brooks family are asking that everyone pray for their family.
The September 12 accident occurred around 12:25 p.m. near the intersection of Route 188 (Quaker Farms Road) and Hogs Back Road.

The vigil will take place in the courtyard. If the weather is inclement, the vigil will be moved indoors.
“Anyone wishing to pray with us is welcome,” Rev. Donnelly said.
