 welcomed its new minister, the Rev. John Donnelly, during a celebration after Sunday services.

Donnelly, 58, comes to the Oxford Episcopal church from St. Michael's Church in Wayne, N.J., where he was co-rector with his wife for 20 years, according to the Waterbury Republican-American.
