Spa treatments, dog walkers, spending sprees at upscale stores, casino trips, weekly deliveries of fresh flowers to her home: those are some of the items former disgraced tax collector Karen Guillet is accused of buying with stolen taxpayer money, according to the Valley Independent Sentinel, which reported on the affidavit that charges Guillet with six counts of forgery and one count of first-degree larceny.
Guillet was arrested last week after a two-year investigation.
