Oxford Woman Thankful for Car Crash Responders

Woman who was involved in a crash on Nov. 12 says first-responders and good Samaritans came to her aide.

To the Oxford EMT responders, police officers, firemen and good Samaritans, I wish to thank all of you for your prompt and professional care on the evening of November 12th.

I was involved in a car accident on Route 67 and had to be extricated from my vehicle and transported to an area hospital. I was treated with kindness, respect, and felt safe in your capable hands.

I am grateful for all those who came to my aid, calling my husband and staying with me until EMS arrived. It was truly a frightening experience made better with everyone's help!

I will never know everyone's name but I would like to acknowledge Kyle Leak, EMT, who talked me through the extrication and then accompanied me with Collin Nash, EMT, to the hospital.
