Pet of the Week: Nya

You can take this dog home.

Nya came to us after her mama had to move into a nursing home. She had the love of a senior for her entire life, so she would prefer a home without young children. Nya is 6 years old, spayed and up to date on her shots.  She loves to go for a walk, enjoys car rides, tennis balls, squeak toys and chewy treats.

Nya follows basic commands is house trained and has wonderful leash manners. If you would like to meet Nya, please call the Oxford Animal Shelter at 203-881-3653 or stop down. We are there every night from 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.

Nya has a fun personality and would be a great companion. Come down to the shelter any night to meet the crew. Also don't forget to pick up your tickets for the Witches Ball on October 29th- it's going to be an awesome time and all the money will benefit our furry friends!
