Temple's running mate, Jeff Haney, will remain on the Board of Selectmen after receiving 2,034 votes, while Democrat Selectman Dave McKane also won re-election with 1,046 votes.

Republicans also swept the Board of Education seats, as Melissa Cole, David Yish, John R. Hatchell, Susan Gay Kiernan and Paula Guillet beat out the three Democratic challengers.

And incumbent Republicans Lila Ferrillo, Jack Kiley and Thomas J. Kelly took all three spots on the Board of Finance.
