Falun Dafa, also known as Falun Gong is an ancient Chinese cultivation practice for the mind, body and spirit. It follows the universal principles of truthfulness, benevolence, and tolerance. It consists of five sets of gentle movements and meditation. Millions of people around the world practice Falun Dafa and had improved their physical and mental health.
Tracey Zhu's workshop at Oxford Library on Thursday, December 13th at 6:30pm will include a slide presentation introducing Falun Dafa and teaching of the five sets of movements and meditation.
