Great Hill United Methodist Church, Seymour, will sponsor a series of pasta suppers during Lent. Each Friday the church will hold a meal, open to the public, which will be followed by a brief dramatic presentation of two Bibical characters who were witnesses to the Easter Story. They will give their impressions of the event that changed the course of history.
The series will begin on Friday, February 15th and 22nd with pot-luck pasta dinners, which will feature the drama presentation of Judas, Peter, Chief Priests, and Caiaphas.
The remaining Fridays, March 1, 8, 15, and 22 will feature a pasta supper made by church volunteers. Cost will be $6 adults, $3 kids, and $20 family of 5 or more.
The meals will be served from 5:30 to 7 pm, followed by the presentation of the dramas at 7 pm, followed by an opportunity to discuss impressions of the presentations.
