Savannah Smiles are the Girl Scouts' new addition to their famous cookie line.
They describe the new treat as "crisp, zesty," and a "lemony delight to celebrate 100 years of Girl Scouting."
The selling season is in full swing. It began on Jan. 7. Cookies will be delivered in early March. Also, there will be booth sales that will occur March 3 through April 1.
You can get your cookies from a Girl Scout, order them online, or at a booth. Check out this area on the Girl Scout website for more information on how to get cookies, according to Tiffany Ventura, a spokeswoman for Girl Scouts of Connecticut.
The program is a way for the scouts to learn important skills that can apply to their everyday lives, Ventura said.
Their other famous cookies are: Thin Mints, Samoas, Tagalongs, Do-si-dos, Trefoils, Dulce De Leche, and Thank U Berry Munch.
