Premiere: Sunny Days at the Oxford Library!

When the weather outside is frightful, stop by a place where it's always delightful!

Experience Sunny Days at the Oxford Library!, a 13-minute film starring the children who regularly light up the library like sunshine. The film will premiere at the Oxford Public Library on Monday, December 9 at 5:30 PM.

During the summer of 2013, library staff members Marissa Ciullo and Joe Correia filmed young patrons to find out what they liked about the Oxford Public Library. After an autumn filled with editing and producing, the first-time filmmakers have completed their project. Now Sunny Days at the Oxford Library! is ready for its premiere!

The film features a tour of the library, as well as young patrons' book recommendations and their memories of exciting library programs. Viewers will also discover what children would do if they could make their own TV specials.

For the premiere, every child who visits the library will be a star. Attendees will walk the "red carpet" and sign autographs.
