Choosing to run for First Selectman in Oxford in 2015

The Oxford Democratic Party has a lack of leadership,no vision or goals. They have turned into a social club. My husband Wayne and I have asked Ann Krane to put us back on the ODTC. Wether or not our party chooses to accept us as members we will still attend the monthly meetings.
I have stated on the
Patch that First Selectman George Temple and his BOS has done a great job leading our town. George has brought a peaceful atmosphere to Oxford, something it had lacked during past administrations. Although I have stated that I will not run against Temple I am planning to run for the office of First Selectman of Oxford with or without my party. I am no longer going to wait patiently with my hat in my hand asking for a turn at the wheel. I realize that from this moment on I have a target on my back.
