The Oxford Fire Department extricated the driver of this Jeep after it hit a telephone pole and rolled on its side witht he driver trapped in the vehicle Tuesday night.
The incident occurred at 10:30 p.m. on Great Hill Road. Firefighters stabilized the vehicle, got the driver out and Oxford Ambulance transported the driver to a local hospital.
The patient's condition and information was not immediately available, though the injuries were not life threatening.
