"When approached by police officers, a New Canaan man admitted that he had marijuana stored in a secret compartment in his hat. As a result, the officers deemed the hat as "drug paraphernalia." Seriously, why have a secret compartment in your hat, then tell the police about it? why not just put the weed in your pocket? lol "A homeless man was arrested in Norwalk after he was found banging around the fourth floor of an office building. He told police he'd been living there for more than a week" Banging around? What the heck is that? was he a drummer? or just walking around stomping his feet? "A scam artist posing as a police officer called a Monroe man claiming federal charges would be brought against him, as he tried to steal the target's personal information," Well, its just stupid people who commit stupid crimes... this guy is obviously NOT firing on all cylinders! lol... "A Westport man is facing felony assault charges after he spat at police officers multiple times. " And what point was this guy trying to prove? Sounds to me like he either thought it wasn't against the law to spit on a cop or that he just wanted to go to jail... Its things like this where the punishment should just be, he has to walk around wearing a sign that says... "Hi, Im a dumb a** who thinks spitting on someone is ok" and then pay a few thou$$$ fine and do like 4000 hrs community service while wearing his sign.
