VIDEO: Oxford Firefighters Quickly Knock Down House Fire

No one was home at the time and no injuries have been reported.

A house fire on Quaker Farms Road was quickly extinguished this morning by Oxford firefighters.

Reports of the fire, at 307 Quaker Farms Road, came through around 8:30 a.m. The residents were not home at the time and no injuries have been reported, according to firegfighters on scene.

The house is located on the corner of Quaker Farms and Tilquist Road, adjacent to Governors Hill Road.

The cause of the fire remains under investigation.
