Oxford Police to Hold DUI Spot Check Tonight
Spot checks will be held into the early morning hours tomorrow.
The Oxford Resident Trooper's Office will conduct spot checks to check for drivers operating under the influence of drugs and/or alcohol and other motor vehicle violations tonight.
The spot checks will be held on major streets from early this evening until early tomorrow morning, said Oxford Resident State Trooper Sgt. Dan Semosky.
Not only will police look for drunken drivers, but they will also look for drivers not wearing their seatbelts and distracted drivers.
