Police Blotter: Issuing a Bad Check, Driving Without a License
Oxford residents were recently arrested in other nearby towns.
Rosanna Knapp, 24, of Oxford, was charged with operating a vehicle with a suspended license, operating an unregistered vehicle, failure to have taillights illuminated and failure to respond to a violation on Feb. 21 at approximately 8:20 p.m.
According to police, Knapp was charged after police conducted a motor vehicle stop on Georges Hill Road in Southbury. Knapp had a previous outstanding warrant for her arrest on a failure to respond charge.

Knapp was released on $650 cash bond and is scheduled to appear in Waterbury Superior Court on March 6.

On Feb. 15, Leonard Stanziale, 59, of Oxford turned himself in on a warrant Easton Police held for his arrest regarding issuing a bad check.
According to police, an Easton resident reported the crime on Jan. 4.
Stanziale posted a $500 bond and is due in court Feb. 28.
