Police Blotter: Oxford Man Charged With Drunken Driving

A local man was charged with drunken driving after being pulled over for a routine traffic stop Friday night.
Gary T. Long, 53, of 187 Park Road, Oxford, was charged with driving under the influence and cited for failure to drive in the proper lane after being pulled over on Park Road at 5:11 p.m. Friday, according to a news release on file at the Oxford Resident Trooper’s Office.
Long was released on a $500 bond and is scheduled to be arraigned at Derby Superior Court on July 8.
