A minor car accident at the intersection of Routes 42 and 67 in Oxford around 5 p.m. Monday snarled rush-hour traffic for about an hour.
A white Subaru Imprezza rear-ended a Chevy Silvarado truck. It appeared as if the Imprezza was totaled. The Silvarado sustained little damage. Drivers of both vehicles refused medical attention.
The Oxford and Beacon Falls ambulance, police and fire crews responded. The scene was cleared at 6 p.m.
