Shelter Re-Opens at 6 AM Today

Oxford officials also tell residents they can get water at fire houses.

The shelter at Oxford High School, 61 Quaker Farms Road, was open until 8 Wednesday night, Oct. 31, officials said. And it was set to reopen at 6 a.m. on Thursday, Nov. 1 (today), and will remain open for showers only until 8 p.m.

Any resident who needs water for either drinking or for toilet needs can go to any one of the town's three fire houses and fill up. Please bring your own jugs for water needs.
