UPDATE: A Simsbury boy who was missing has been found safe in Rhode Island, according to NBC 30.

Simsbury Police issued an Amber Alert for a missing 3-year-old boy, Anthony Bunce, who was last seen in Hartford.

Bunce was seen with his mother, Yolanda Bunce, around 3 p.m. at the Broad Street Armory in Hartford, according to police.
