Truck Driver Escapes After Veering Off Roadway

Oxford emergency crews responded to the one-car accident, which totaled a pickup truck.

The driver of this pickup truck escaped with minor injuries after veering off the roadway and striking a tree at 11 p.m. Saturday on Oxford Road and Old State Road No. 67 in Oxford. 

Local emergency crews responded to help the driver. A police report was not on file at the Oxford Resident Trooper's Office as of Monday.
