Democrats Hold Meet the Candidates Event in Oxford
Dems rally before Nov. 5 election.
Lt. Gov. Nancy Wyman, State Comptroller Kevin Lembo and former Secretary-of-the-State Susan Bysiewicz were featured guests at the Oxford Democratic Town Committee"s "Meet the Candidates" barbecue event at the Oxford Greens Golf Club on Sunday, Sept. 8.
David Heim, the Democrat's nominee for first selectman, addressed the group of more than 80 guests and introduced the other candidates for municipal office.
Municipal elections are scheduled for Nov. 5.
