  • Catherine A. Stordy sold property at 10 Blue Ridge Terrace to Edward Belinsky for $205,000
  • Joseph V. Norton sold property at 93 Shelton Road to Thomas J. Slekis $131,500
  • Sue Ellen Martino sold property at 9 Apple Drive to Donald E. Scheithe for $540,000
  • Pulte Homes of New England, LLC, sold property at 119 Country Club Drive, to William E. Thiele for $385,000
  • The Estate of Paul J. Costa, Jr., sold property at 101 Seth Den Road to Daniel R. Rich for $193,000

Also there is a $40,00.00 donation from local business that will also for the play scape .
