Residents Invited to Meet Democratic Candidates
Many of the candidates on the election ballot will be at an upcoming event.
Oxford residents are invited to meet First Selectman Candidate David Heim and Selectman David McKane at the "party under the tent" at the Oxford Greens Golf Club on Saturday, Aug. 10, at 5 p.m.
Other candidates in attendance will be Joe Calabrese and Donald Joy, Ph. D., who are Board of Finance Candidates. Also, Margaret West, town clerk, Marcy Kaether, Whendi Cook Broderick, Ph. D., who are Board of Education candidates; Kathy Johnson, a Board of Assessment Appeals candidate; Janis Hardy, Pete Zbras and Pat Cocchiarella, candidates for Planning and Zoning; and Peter Bunzl, candidate for Zoning Board of Appeals.
