Presentation & discussion of the importance and influence of the New Moon celebrations of these two world religions. Participants will create their own "sit-upon" - a small pad, great for outdoor meditation seating, & experience an outdoor meditation session, weather permitting. Appropriate for ages 14 and up. Under 17 must be accompanied by an adult. Adults are encouraged to participate with their teens, but may attend as observers if preferred. No babysitting facilities for younger sibs, sorry.

Suggested donation is $5 - $15, to defray program costs. Any contribution will be gratefully accepted - please come & see what we are all about! No one will be turned away due to lack of funds, but RSVPs are needed so that we may plan supplies accordingly
