“There are many people who have struggled to lose weight and have tried numerous different diets, only to either fail to lose the weight in the first place, or lose it and then put it right back on again.  These individuals are left feeling frustrated and hopeless that they can ever reach their personal weight goals," says Joan Tekula, co-owner of the newly-opened Revèe facial and body care center at 33 Bullet Hill Road in Southbury.  “There is no one weight loss plan that is right for everyone because the  most effective method for each person is going to depend on too many individual factors.  But once we understand what our bodies need to remain satisfied and healthy, we can change the way we eat, and as a consequence, lose weight.”

Revèe is proud to present four fitness programs that can assist individuals in making lifestyle changes that will benefit them for the rest of their lives.  At the workshop, individuals will gain knowledge about their body and what it requires for successful weight management, whether it is a minor or major change. “Our goal is to teach people how modifications can improve their lives overall,” states Michelle Morgan, co-owner of Revèe and who has lost 35 pounds following the TLS® Weight Loss Solution.

TLS® Weight Loss Solution was created in response to people’s frustration with the lack of long lasting results of dieting. The 6 or 12 week program focuses on low glycemic eating, behavior modification, and altering body composition, which will gear a person’s body to lose fat while stabilizing their blood sugar.  April Ritchotte, TLS Weight Loss Coach, says, “By eating foods that have a low glycemic impact, not only will you lose weight, but you can achieve overall health.  We do this by helping you normalize blood sugar levels and decreasing overall inflammation. This program is a family friendly program based in clinical science that will teach you a way to eat for life.”  The program will also teach clients how to read labels, decide what to eat when eating out, modulate cortisol levels, exercise efficiently, and much more.

Health and fitness are integrated at Body Physics, LLC, located at 33 Bullet Hill Road, Southbury. Through a variety of programs, either in a group or one-on-one, clients can experience a body transformation that will have them, “moving better, performing better, feeling better, and looking better,” says Fabrice deCola, owner and coach.

Karen Ellis, Health Coach and owner of Healthy Attraction LLC, also located at 33 Bullet Hill Road, understands that no one diet works for everyone. Ellis' skill is understanding your personal weight and health goals, and tailoring a program specific to helping you reach those goals. Instead of focusing on calories, carbohydrates, fats and proteins that are categorized as good or bad, individuals will create a lifelong plan that works for their lives and is free from the discipline of a diet.

Dr. Fowler has furthered the work pioneered by Dr. Simeon decades ago, called the HCG (human chorionic gonadotropin) diet.  Dr. Fowler uses prescription hormones, homeopathic remedies, dietary changes and exercise to help with weight loss and body composition. The HCG diet, along with modifications from Dr. Fowler, is the fastest program for eliminating 15 to 30 pounds of unwanted fat, not muscle, in 3 to 6 weeks, eating simple home cooked meals and utilizing homeopathic drops that support detoxification, hunger, skin sag, mood, lymphatics, etc.  Unlike the traditional HCG program, Dr. Fowler incorporates fats into his program, making it more satisfying and better for all tissues in the body. Programs can be extended for weight losses over one hundred pounds. The program is physician supervised including blood and urine to monitor physiology related to health, muscle gain and fat loss.  Dr. Fowler also teaches traditional culture food preparation for prolonged health and vitality as part of the on-going body composition program.

Come discover your ideal weight loss program at one of our workshops on June 13th or July 18th from 5:30 – 6:30pm.  Please call for a reservation at 203.405.6220 and admission is a non-perishable food item for the Southbury Food Bank.

This article seems to be nothing more than an anonymous and free infomercial for Staples.Read More "J" posted this same spam "article" on Patch sites in many towns, just changing the name of the town to match the Patch site. That seems to be the spirit of Staples, free-loading in every way they can. Even this "teacher program" has nothing to do with eliminating the need for teachers to spend their own money on school supplies --it is simply a way for that retailer to take advantage of the situation by attracting the lucrative teacher market. Staples should change their name to MADE IN CHINA OFFICE SUPPLIES, as virtually nothing they sell is manufactured in our country.
