The Oxford PTO is hosting a “Family Night at the Auction” on Friday, May 18, 2012, at Quaker Farms School, 30 Great Oak Road. The preview will be held at 6:00 p.m. with the auction itself beginning at 7:00 p.m. A silent auction will also be conducted.
Currently, the PTO is seeking donations for the auction. Items will be collected until April 15, 2012. Some items already on hand include an autographed game bat from MLB player Brad Ausmus, an autographed poster from Chris Berman, a horse drawn hay ride, tickets to LimeRock, and a personal trainer session with ATC/PTA Mark Fletter to be used at your house for yourself or for a group up to 6 people (to be held at Frozen Ropes in Danbury).
Danny Magic will be on hand to entertain the children. Light refreshments will be served.
The Oxford PTO is dedicated to the enrichment and nurturing of a close relationship between the parents, teachers, and the students by advancing opportunities in the school, home, and the community of Oxford. Proceeds from the auction will be used to support this purpose.
