Girls Soccer
The Oxford High School girls soccer team tied Notre Dame 2-2 Monday in what head coach Alicia Salvatore called “an unbelievable fight to the finish.”
Meghan Sastram and Melanie Cianciola both scored in the first half. Notre Dame tied the game with 17 seconds remaining.

The Wolverines are winless and Monday’s game marked its first tie. The team is having a tough year but is showing signs of improvement and is working hard to get better, Salvatore said.
The girls lost to a tough Pomperaug Team 6-1 Thursday.
