Oxford Girl Scouts to Hold Open House

Local scouts looking for children and parent volunteers.

Editor's Note: The following news release was submitted by the Oxford Girl Scouts:

Do you enjoy arts and crafts, field trips and get-togethers? Would you like to make new friends and help others?  If you said “yes,” then Girl Scouting is for you.

Please attend Oxford's Girl Scout Open House on Tuesday, Sept. 27, in the Oxford Center School gym at 7 p.m. Come see displays put out by existing troops, meet leaders and talk with them and have your girls make crafts and learn songs with older Girl Scouts from town.

Adult leadership is needed; all leaders receive training and support.
