I have lived in Oxford for over 30 years . I love helping others . My goal in life is to never give up on anything .

I'm a team Beachbody coach who uses the products , I believe in them so in return I help others get healthy , fit and more . I'm their motivator , someone who will see to it that they never give up . I encourage them and inspire them with their health and fitness goals as well.

Besides that I'm also a licensed hairstylist and a certified nurses aid .
