POW’R Tobacco Cessation Center serves four counties of the Lower Hudson Valley – Putnam, Orange, Westchester and Rockland Counties in New York.
We are a grant program of the American Lung Association of the Northeast, funded by the NYS Department of Health Tobacco Control Program.
